1. Giriş

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, RJI Global LLC'nin Rp Asistan Chrome eklentisi, web sitesi ve abonelik hizmetleri kapsamında topladığı kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Rp Asistan'ı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Reklam, profil oluşturma veya üçüncü taraflara satış için asla kullanılmaz.

4. "Etkileşim" Özelliği ve Sayfa Erişimi

Uzantı, ziyaret ettiğiniz web sayfalarına erişebilecek şekilde yüklenir; ancak bu erişim yalnızca aktif sekmenizde "Etkileşim" butonuna tıkladığınızda kullanılır. O tıklama olmadan Rp Asistan hiçbir web sayfasının içeriğini okumaz.

Butona tıkladığınızda uzantı yalnızca metin olarak seçtiğiniz kısmı (genellikle iki ilaç adı) etkileşim analizi için sunucumuza gönderir. Sayfa adresi, tam sayfa içeriği, form alanları veya hasta bilgileri okunmaz ve gönderilmez.

İlk kullanımda Chrome, o an bulunduğunuz siteye erişim için sizden onay ister. Onayı istediğiniz zaman chrome://extensions sayfasından geri çekebilirsiniz.

6. Veri Paylaşımı

Verilerinizi yalnızca aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarımızla, sözleşmeye bağlı olarak paylaşırız:

• Supabase (AB — İrlanda/İngiltere) — kimlik doğrulama ve veri barındırma
• Stripe — ödeme işlemleri
• OpenAI ve Anthropic — yalnızca ilaç adları ve klinik referans metinlerinin işlenmesi için. Hesap, kimlik veya kişisel bilgileriniz bu sağlayıcılara gönderilmez.
• Vercel — web ve API barındırma

Yasal zorunluluk halinde (mahkeme kararı vb.) verilerinizi ilgili merciler ile paylaşabiliriz. Bir birleşme veya devir durumunda verileriniz yeni tüzel kişiliğe aktarılabilir; sizi önceden bilgilendiririz.

Verilerinizi hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satmıyoruz.

7. Google Chrome Limited Use Uyumluluğu

Rp Asistan, Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'ndaki Limited Use gerekliliklerine uyar. Google ile giriş yaparsanız alınan bilgiler yalnızca hesabınızı tanımak için kullanılır; hiçbir zaman reklam, satış veya kullanıcı profili oluşturma amacıyla kullanılmaz veya insan tarafından okunmaz (yasal zorunluluk veya kullanıcı desteği için açık onay dışında).

8. Veri Saklama ve Silme

• Hesap verileri — hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece + yasal saklama süresi.
• Kullanım günlükleri — 90 gün sonra anonimleştirilir veya silinir.
• Ödeme meta verisi — Türk vergi mevzuatı gereği 10 yıl.
• Ücretsiz kullanım kaydı — hesabınızı sildiğinizde, ücretsiz deneme hakkının tekrar tekrar kullanılmasını önlemek amacıyla yalnızca e-posta adresinizin şifrelenmiş (geri döndürülemez) bir özeti ve görüntülediğiniz ilaçların numaraları 12 ay saklanır. Bu kayıtta e-posta adresiniz, adınız veya başka bir kişisel bilginiz yer almaz.

Uzantı içindeki Hesap → Hesabımı sil ile veya destek@rpasistan.com adresine yazarak tüm sunucu tarafı verilerinizin 30 gün içinde silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

9. Haklarınız (KVKK & GDPR)

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve taşınabilirlik haklarınız vardır. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için destek@rpasistan.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

10. Güvenlik

Verileriniz aktarım sırasında TLS ile, saklama sırasında AES-256 ile şifrelenir. Erişim, yalnızca yetkili personelle sınırlıdır. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli olmamakla birlikte, sektör standardı önlemler alıyoruz.

11. Çocukların Gizliliği

Rp Asistan yalnızca sağlık profesyonellerine yöneliktir ve 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır.

This Privacy Policy explains how RJI Global LLC processes the personal data collected through the Rp Asistan Chrome extension, website, and subscription services. By using Rp Asistan, you agree to this policy.

• Aggregate, anonymous analytics to improve service quality

Never used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. The "Etkileşim" Feature and Page Access

The extension is installed with the ability to access web pages you visit; however, this access is used only when you click the "Etkileşim" button in the active tab. Without that click, Rp Asistan never reads the contents of any web page.

When you click the button, the extension sends only the text you have highlighted (typically two drug names) to our server for interaction analysis. The page URL, full page contents, form fields, and any patient information are neither read nor transmitted.

On first use, Chrome asks for your permission to access the current site. You can revoke that permission at any time via chrome://extensions.

5. Information We Never Collect

• Patient names, national ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses, or any direct patient identifiers
• Your web browsing history or a list of pages you have visited
• The contents of pages where you have not triggered "Etkileşim"
• Advertising trackers, third-party pixels, or background telemetry

6. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following contracted service providers:

• Supabase (EU — Ireland / UK) — authentication and data hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI and Anthropic — for processing drug names and clinical reference text only. Your account, identity, or personal information is never sent to these providers.
• Vercel — web and API hosting

We may disclose your data to competent authorities where required by law (e.g., court orders). In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity; we will notify you in advance.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Google Chrome Limited Use Compliance

Rp Asistan complies with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. If you sign in with Google, the information received is used solely to identify your account; it is never used for advertising, sale, or the creation of user profiles, and is never read by humans (except with your explicit consent or where legally required for user support).

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account data — for as long as your account is active plus any applicable legal retention period.
• Usage logs — anonymised or deleted after 90 days.
• Payment metadata — 10 years, per Turkish tax law.
• Free-tier usage record — when you delete your account we retain, for 12 months, only an irreversible cryptographic hash of your email address and the identifiers of the drugs you viewed, to prevent the free allowance being reset repeatedly. This record contains no email address, name, or other personal information.

You can request deletion of all your server-side data within 30 days via Account → Delete my account in the extension or by writing to destek@rpasistan.com.

9. Your Rights (KVKK & GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to destek@rpasistan.com; we will respond within 30 days.

10. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Access is limited to authorised personnel. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

11. Children's Privacy

Rp Asistan is intended solely for healthcare professionals and is not designed for users under the age of 18.
